Louis Erard has gone for an ultra-trendy contemporary look for this new chronograph, with deep colouring and great character: a dark blue dial featuring black windows, and a black bezel in scratchproof ceramic sporting a tachymeter scale. The figures show up readily against the dial, with date and day of the week as well as stopwatch functions.
The pronounced convexity of the sapphire crystal emphasizes the uniqueness of this 44mm model in stainless steel, which houses an ETA 7750 automatic-rewind mechanical movement. Leather strap or steel bracelet, each is fitted with a folding clasp.
La Sportive is available now at approved Louis Erard retailers.
LOUIS ERARD
In 2016 Louis Erard celebrated its 85th anniversary. A ripe old age? On the contrary — there’s not a wrinkle on the Louis Erard spirit. The brand has always made independence its hallmark. Ever since its relaunch in 2003 it has maintained the same belief in mechanical watches; complications all engineered in-house , know-how galvanised by innovation, contemporary designs, collections of elegance whether
masculine for men or deliciously feminine for women — at prices that are uncompromisingly affordable. Now as always, Louis Erard is the brand that listens to its customers; and in fact those who have already seen the light — its 200,000 aficionados — are its bestambassadors. The spirit of the times, indeed!
