Alwadi Hotel Doha MGallery, a distinctive 5-star boutique hotel located within Msheireb Downtown Doha, is pleased to announce its successful participation in the 5th edition of Gout de/Good France, a gourmet festival which is held across the globe to celebrate French gastronomy. The event was organized in collaboration with Embassy of France in Doha.

Gout de/Good France is a unique global event held on five continents in over 150 countries and is participated by more than 5,000 restaurants. In each participating restaurant, the event paid tribute to a vibrant, open and innovative cuisine, while remaining true to its values of sharing, pleasure, and respect for good food and for the planet. In Qatar, about 12 restaurants took part in this French cuisine extravaganza, including Alwadi Hotel Doha’s highly acclaimed Sofra restaurant.

Sofra restaurant operates from 12 pm till 11 pm for Lunch and Dinner only. During this festival, held from March 23 to 25 in Doha, Alwadi Hotel Doha offered a set menu of 5 courses where guests enjoyed a unique French Culinary experience with Chef Andrea Parente. The menu included Potato and Cod Fish bites; Seabass Confit in Lavender oil and Aioli; Provençale Ratatouille; French cheese selection; flat bread and Citrus breeze with star anise.
