First, get rid of all distractions. The point of a spa treatment is to relax, so choose a day when you are home alone so that you will only need to concentrate on yourself. Lastly, make sure you apply a layer of sunscreen to your skin so that your efforts would not go to waste by the sun's skin damaging radiation.
