11 Woodfire has been awarded one Michelin Star in the first ever Michelin Guide Dubai. The unique dining destination, which has been open for just six months has quickly cemented its position as one of the city’s best dining experiences and continues to make its mark, as the only non-licensed restaurant to be awarded this distinction.
In collaboration with Atelier House Hospitality, Chef Akmal created, 11 Woodfire as a passion project - a personal place driven by memories, stories, and people, celebrating the earth’s natural bounty and community. The core philosophy centres around a warming fire – a place to gather, connect and share honest, clean food with friends, family and loved ones.

Located in an alluring villa on Jumeirah Beach Road, the restaurant is elevated, yet comfortable, chic but casual, welcoming guests into an environment that oozes character and conviviality, with a sleek and contemporary edge.
11 Woodfire signature menu embodies the restaurant’s ethos that less is always more. Showcasing an extensive selection of dishes including meat, vegetable, and seafood options, all cooked right in smokey plumes formed from burning hickory and hay. Simple and bold flavours are at the heart of Chef Anuar’s concept with a tremendous thought being put into each dish.
