Set near the port in the heart of Casablanca’s Art Deco centre, Royal Mansour Casablanca has a history stretching back to 1953. Today, its elegant interiors, welcoming lounges and signature restaurants capture the glamour of the city’s golden age, offering a setting where a sense of occasion runs through every detail. This connection to the city’s heritage carries through to the hotel’s festive creation.
At its heart, a delicate sponge carries notes of almond and orange blossom, layered beneath a light vanilla mousse and a smooth amlou crémeux. The combination balances familiar festive comfort with flavours rooted in Morocco, while a thin base of marble-effect chocolate, studded with almond slivers and tonka beans, adds contrasting texture.
Thoughtfully composed from its white exterior to the layers within, the Signature Yule Log reflects the care and craftsmanship of Royal Mansour Casablanca’s pastry team. Created to be shared, it offers an elegant centrepiece for seasonal gatherings and a memorable finish to a festive meal.
