Art & Music at the Heart of Geneva’s June Schedule





An early summer celebration brings to Geneva the wonders of culture, community and outdoor activities through art and music. Continuing its colourful display of rich moments that connect people from different backgrounds and origins, so when you head to Geneva in June, make sure to check the below activities.





  1. Biennale Geneva Art - Sculpture Garden: From 10 June until 30 September 2022


After its first two successful showings, the third edition Geneva Biennale – Sculpture Garden returns in 2022 to the heart of the city. The opening ceremony will take place on 9 June at 6 p.m. at the Parc La Grange and is Initiated and organized by artgenève in collaboration with MAMCO (Geneva’s contemporary art museum) and the City of Geneva. Under the curation of Devrim Bayar, of WIELS Contemporary Art Centre, 26 works of art have been gathered, with more than half being produced for this exhibition. The third edition will feature artists exploring our relationships to others and ourselves in an everchanging global environment, some of them include Ana Alenso, Céline Condorelli, David Douard, Willem Oorebeek and others.






  1. Fête De La Musique: from 24 – 26 June 2022

Starting summer on high note, over the course of three days, the Fête De La Musique festival will be held at the Parc des Bastions and Geneva’s old city and will feature a diverse cultural programme of 450 propositions. Open to the general public and covering thirty stages, with most of them are outdoors and with suitable access for people with special needs visitors can enjoy a diverse range of musical events.
