BiBo Doha takes diners on an exclusive journey to discover the best mix of Spanish flavors and aromas of the world

Feel the concept of Bibo, found in its main dishes, traditional Andalusian tapas, and sophisticated vibrant atmosphere

BiBo, the Cosmopolitan Spanish Andalusian Brasserie and Restaurant, by 3-star Michelin chef Dani Garcia, invites guests on an epicurean escape made for those who crave the adventurous sensory journey around the world through a mix of flavors and aromas. With the start of this year, Bibo Doha makes exciting revelations to its menu, paying homage to its Andalusian roots, giving guests the chance to discover the restaurant and its cuisine from a different perspective.

Ever since its opening back in 2019, Bibo Doha has become famously known for Chef Dani Garcia’s innovative touch in every single creation, tailored to the local crowd with a Mediterranean menu full of Andalusian trimmings and references to different corners of the world. Bibo’s menu concept has been designed for sharing, adding a fusion of techniques, styles, and ingredients of the utmost quality.

Because people love sharing, Chef Dani and his team wanted to give guests the opportunity to try more things on the menu from Spanish Tapas to the famous dessert section. Hence the changes in part of the menu. Many of the sharing dishes are exclusive to Doha such as the Wagyu foodball, croquetas de puchero, calamares fritos, arroz de setas y langostinos.

Flavors are so special and distinctive that you will not forget any of them, and each dish is a work of art that becomes a talking point from the moment it arrives at your table. Starting with the star of the menu and the top selling signature dish, which is the essence of Bibo, is the Brioche de Rabo de Toro, which is Chef Dani García's most famous dish and the most successful in all his restaurants. It first appeared in New York when Dani had his restaurant Manzanilla. It later became part of the BiBo menu, arriving for the first time in Marbella (the first restaurant of this concept) and then included in all the BiBo’s around the world.

Moving on to the crispy and crunchy Spanish style patatas bravas and then the Canelones de pollo de asado, impeccably soaked in truffle creamy sauce, a harmonious blend of exquisite flavors all together tantalizing the senses. The perfectly fried croquetas make the ideal sharing dish presented in the most artistic way possible, in addition to the Tartar de ventresca, the burger bull, which is a classic in Spain, and the pizza of setas y trufa.

To Be Bibo is to be alive! And that is exactly what Bibo Doha concept translates into being one of the most traveling and cosmopolitan gastronomic experience in an eclectic carefree space.

Located at Al Gassar Resort, the St. Regis Doha, Bibo is open for dinner from Monday to Thursday 6pm to 12am, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am.

For a more secluded dining experience, Bibo Doha offers guests private dining areas. Tables can be booked upon request in any of the private sections for a cozier special gathering or occasion.
