Fairmont Hotel Riyadh celebrates Saudi National Day with a festive brunch at The 365 and a 6-course menu with cooking classes by Chef Nicolas at House of Grill.
As the Kingdom prepares to celebrate the cherished occasion of Saudi National Day, Fairmont Hotel Riyadh presents a culinary tribute that captures the spirit, colours, and traditions of the nation.
This year, guests are invited to immerse themselves in the spirit of the season at House of Grill and The 365, where refined dining meets inspired celebration. Both venues will offer a thoughtfully curated blend of culinary creativity and cultural heritage, bringing together signature flavours, elevated presentations, and warm hospitality.
Inspired by the rich green of Saudi Arabia’s flag, a symbol of unity and heritage, the celebration at House of Grill promises a heartfelt journey through flavour, craftsmanship, and hospitality. Priced at SAR 520 per person, the menu has been carefully crafted to showcase the harmony of colour, taste, and texture, each course reflecting the freshness and richness of green ingredients, symbolising growth, pride, and renewal. From a delicate zucchini and eggplant rose to a showstopping Wagyu tenderloin accented with turnip purée and lime gel, the menu presents a captivating sequence of dishes that celebrate seasonal produce and culinary creativity. More highlights include the leek mosaic with Beluga caviar, catch of the day with a vibrant anchovy sauce, and a luscious pistachio and raspberry dessert to end on a sweet note.
To enrichen the experience further, French Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Isnard will make an exclusive appearance at Fairmont Hotel Riyadh to lead a series of interactive cooking classes from the 23rd to the 25th of September 2025, priced at SAR 550 per person. Guests will have the opportunity to learn the techniques behind the menu, offering a hands-on exploration of the ingredients, plating, and inspiration behind each creation. Ideal for culinary enthusiasts, the classes promise not only the chance to learn new techniques but also to enjoy moments worth capturing and sharing. Complementing the immersive culinary journey, House of Grill will be elegantly transformed to capture the spirit and vibrancy of Saudi National Day.
Ideal for larger gatherings and cherished moments with loved ones this Saudi National Day, The 365 presents a lavish festive buffet dinner from 7:00 PM, priced at SAR 320 per person. Guests can enjoy signature creations including Short Ribs Red Jareesh, Taste of Najd, Smoked Lamb Leg with Dukka & Dates, and Mutabaq Najdi, each dish capturing the essence of the occasion.
