The brand marks its return with its premier line VAIO® laptops offering uncompromising experience to the users
Fifty One East, Qatar’s favorite department store and Nexstgo Company Limited announced the return of the premier line of VAIO laptops in Qatar in an event held recently at FNAC. The event saw the attendance of Mr. Alex Chung, CEO of Nexstgo Company Limited, Mr. Bader Al-Darwish, Chairman and Managing Director of Fifty One East, Mr. Saoud Al-Darwish, Vice Chairman of Darwish Holding, the senior management team of Nexstgo, VIPs, tech-savvy guests and members of the media.
The new range of VAIO laptops is currently available exclusively at FNAC in Lagoona Mall and Doha Festival City, Modern Home in Al Maha Center on Salwa Road, Virgin Megastore in Doha Festival City, Villaggio, Landmark Mall and Mall of Qatar.

VAIO® SX12 is made in Japan and powered with Windows 10 PRO / Home, this device is available in Black, Silver, Brown and Pink color with full-size backlit keyboard. It has an Intel® Core™ i5-8265U Processor, Intel® Core™ i7-8565U Processor with 12.5” (even in 11” foot print) full HD display, and has a memory of 8GB / 16GB. It is built with integrated layers of unidirectional carbon fiber that enhance the protection, while still keeping the laptop thin and light at a mere 899g. It supports VAIO® TruePerformance, a technology that helps optimize and maximize CPU and overall performance. It’s fast charging feature allows recharging of the laptop to around 80% in merely an hour. The USB Type-CTM port of SX12 supports charging from your handy power bank or any regular 5V cell phone charger. It also comes with a variety of connection interfaces including a USB Type-C™ port, 3 USB ports, a HDMI port, a VGA connector and LAN connection.

The VAIO® SX14 is made in Japan and has an Intel® Core™ i5-8265U Processor, Intel® Core™ i7-8565U Processor with 14-inch (even in 13” foot print) full HD / 4K ultra HD display and has a memory of 8 / 16GB. It weighs approximately 1.05Kg and features a lightweight UD carbon case. It supports VAIO® TruePerformance, a technology that helps optimize and maximize CPU and overall performance. It also comes with a variety of connection interfaces including 4K HDMI, VGA/RGB, LAN, USB Type-CTM, 3 USB Type-A, SD card reader, security lock slot and 3.5mm headset/headphone jack.
The new VAIO® A12 is made in Japan and powered with Windows 10 PRO, this device is available in Black tablet with silver keyboard with Anti-spill Backlit Keyboard. Intel® Core™ i5-8200Y with 12.5” full HD display, and has a memory of 8GB. VAIO A12 two-in-one device is designed to be a “True Laptop, True Tablet”. Its exclusive "Stabilizer Flap" design improves stability of the device in use. The tablet part features a 12.5” multi-touch screen with Full HD resolution. When attached to the keyboard base with built-in battery, the total weight is at approximately 1.2kg. In addition, A12 also goes with an All Black version with Intel® Core™ i7-8200Y.
The stylish VAIO® SE14 is powered with Windows 10 PRO / Home, this device is available in Red Copper and Dark Gray color with Island Style Keyboard and an optional backlit too with spill resistance. It has 8th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor i5 – 8265U, i7- 8565U with 14” full HD display, and has a memory of 8GB / 16GB. Connection options are also very comprehensive, with two USB Type-CTM ports, two USB 3.0 ports and a HDMI port. It weighs approx. 1.35kgs with 4-Speaker design (Top-firing dual speakers, Down- firing dual speakers), Microphone optimized for Cortana and HD 720p, FHD 1080p (Optional) webcam.
