HAKKASAN DOHA TRANSFORMS ITS OUTDOOR TERRACE AND LOUNGE AREA INTO A COZY MEETING PLACE





The leading award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Hakkasan Doha, reveals the official launch of its long-awaited outdoor dining terrace and lounge area, starting October 10th, featuring new exceptional menu dishes and enhanced beverage additions. The much-loved dining destination will be making a remarkable comeback with its new outdoor terrace and lounge, providing a cosy and heart-warming complement to the luxurious interior of the restaurant, with a touch of sophistication and vibrance.


Hakkasan Doha will be offering guests a unique experience in the fine dining scene, with the desire to invent a memorable gathering place enriching and arousing an emotion or mood that follows the journey. The design approach was created using a retractable roof, wrapping, and defining the terrace, and will be available all year long.


The terrace and lounge area will provide the perfect destination for guests to catch up over renowned dim sum and other signature dishes, while mixologists prepare a collection of the finest seasonal creations, accompanied by Sounds of Hakkasan.


Hakkasan’s latest food concept will allow guests to enjoy finest dish selections, surrounded by lush greenery. Signature dishes include the Wagyu Tomahawk with Chinese bun, in Truffle, chilli, and Szechuan sauce, which will be considered one of Hakkasan’s supreme dishes. Next, is the supreme dim sum platter, featuring an array of dim sums such as the langoustine har gau with truffle, wagyu beef with ginger, the abalone shui mai and royal king crab.





Guests will also be able to choose from other exciting selections such as the lychee lobster with yuzu pearl, the wok-fry Canadian lobster with mabo sauce, king crab glass noodle with red chilli and XO sauce, the mala wagyu short rib with pumpkin crisp and heirloom carrot, the wok-grilled lamb tenderloin and finally the stir-fry broccolini with crispy seaweed, pine nut.


Hakkasan Doha will also be unveiling new enhanced infused creations that will sit alongside Hakkasan favourites such as the Far East and the sea of clouds, both of which are distilled based drinks. Other options include the strawberry goji martini and the wild flower, which are both botanical infused drinks. This sensory collection is part of their love stories series, which tells a story of love and desire through their enhanced beverages, capturing and invigorating the senses, taking guests on a sensorial journey through taste, smell, touch and sight.


The collection is divided into four chapters: Passion, Captivation, Romance and Trust. Showcasing world-class mixology, each of the cocktails have been especially crafted to bring to life modern love stories in the many forms they take. The strawberry goji martini and the wild flower, sensual, floral and aromatic unfold the story of romance. The far East unfolds the story of captivation, an Innovative mixology, with bold flavours, spice. it Surrenders to magnetism, charm, and beauty. Finally, the sea of clouds, is the story of passion, which is fiery, intense and intimate.


Hakkasan Doha team has been working tirelessly to open this charming and refreshed outdoor lounge in record time.
