as the international restaurant brand lands in Capri, Sardinia, Mykonos and Ibiza
Following the group’s success with three island concepts in 2022, Zuma will return this summer to Southern Europe alongside a new location on Capri
Zuma, the contemporary Japanese restaurant brand first founded in London, has confirmed the return of its seasonal summer concepts in Porto Cervo, Ibiza and Mykonos for 2023, following the hugely successful launch of all three locations last year. A brand-new arrival will also join the collection, on the glamorous Italian island of Capri.
All four locations will open in early summer 2023, with reservations now live at Zumarestaurant.com.
The Italian Job
Perched on the cliffside rooftop of the Capri Palace Jumeirah, Zuma Capri is located in the picturesque town of Anacapri, the most exclusive and unspoilt side of the island. Guests can expect Zuma’s signature menu and modern izakaya cuisine paired with wide-reaching views of the Sorrentine Peninsula and Tyrrhenian Sea. Capri marks Zuma’s trilogy of restaurants in Italy, following the continued popularity of Zuma Rome and Zuma Porto Cervo’s opening in 2022.
Zuma Porto Cervo will also return to the dazzling marina of Costa Smeralda in north-east Sardinia. Costa Smeralda is a historic stop on the jet-set summer route, hailing back to the 1960s when the destination was first established. The restaurant fast became an instant hotspot for visitors to Costa Smeralda, in part due to its unparalleled views over the marina and prime location in the heart of bustling Porto Cervo.
Greek Odyssey
In 2022, Zuma debuted a new concept in the heart of the Greek Cyclades - a creative day-to-night lifestyle destination where guests can live the Zuma experience from the plate to the pool. Featuring a restaurant, lounge and bar, chic infinity pool and pop-up boutique, Zuma Mykonos promises a sophisticated take on Mykonos lifestyle - with vibrant evenings as the sun sets over the Aegean and live DJs play chilled house into the early hours.
Back to the Balearics
Ibiza’s food scene has boomed in recent years, offering greater variety than ever for visitors seeking to satisfy their palate as well as party. This year pop-up returns, with views over the Ibiza Marina, resident DJs and Zuma’s award winning izakaya cuisine, perfect for long, balmy nights on the White Isle.
