Molton Brown, British fragrance makers introduce an Eau de Parfum and Toilette to theiconic Delicious Rhubarb & Rose collection. Inspired by gastronomy and nature, Senior Perfumer Vanessa Prudent made this almost edible, irresistible floral-fruity recipe – one that has become an award-winning Molton Brown scent over the years.
As always, we proudly make our fragrances in England – we believe there’s no place like home. And to celebrate our roots, we designed this scent around two quintessentially British ingredients: vivid rhubarb and delicate rose. Rhubarb leaf lends a crisp green note while the elegant rose accord reveals the sophisticated fragrance quality of both the Eau de Parfum and Toilette.
Pouring her sensitivity and gentleness into this creation, Vanessa’s pairing of classic and modern notes captures her childhood memories of baking. The Eau de Toilette is a medley of bright grapefruit and bitter yuzu, tumbling into a soft bouquet of rhubarb leaf and rose with a base of creamy vanilla, musk and spun sugar.
The Eau de Parfum features a signature note of juicy raspberry which brings out a joyful, sparkling nature entwined with freshly picked lychee, tender peony and a spicy kick of pink pepper at its heart. It draws to a close with a rich, cedarwood-musk trail.
