Nespresso’s limited-edition Pumpkin Spice Cake launched in October 2020, and it flew off the shelves, so this year the capsules go on sale on Wednesday 1st September, available while stocks last.
Pumpkin Spice Cake is a blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated roast and ground coffee. It is an indulgent and smooth Arabica blend from Ethiopia, and Latin America, with a wide range of spice notes such as cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, and underlying flavor of sweet pumpkin. A dash of milk will make Pumpkin Spice Cake more mellow and sweet, with buttery and biscuit notes, delivering a milky and spicy cup.
A delicious recipe that perfectly complements this coffee’s distinctive flavour is White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice, a wonderfully sweet creation that starts with two tablespoons of white chocolate sauce in the bottom of a mug, froth milk and add to mug. Brew the Pumpkin Spice Cake directly into the mug and finish off by drizzling with caramel sauce or more white chocolate sauce.
