Samsung Gulf Electronics has announced the launch of Galaxy Expert Care, a new after-sales service that delivers quick, value-priced and authentic screen repairs through Samsung’s authorized service network. Designed for ultimate convenience, Galaxy Expert Care ensures customers can enjoy a smooth, hassle-free repair experience from start to finish.

Galaxy Expert Care can be purchased directly through Samsung.com, offering two hassle-free options:

·        Pick-up and Delivery: Complimentary collection and return of your Galaxy device, with repairs completed and delivered back within three business days.

·        Service Centre Drop-off: Drop off your device at the nearest authorized service center for same-day repair wherever possible.

If there is a cracked display, Galaxy users can have their screen repaired using genuine Samsung parts by experienced technicians, done in record time and convenience.

Available on select flagship devices including the Galaxy S Series and Galaxy Z Series, the new service is backed by a three-month warranty on repaired parts and includes complimentary device check-up.
