SIRO One Za’abeel, Dubai’s lifestyle destination built for better, unveils a two-month nutritional pop-up in collaboration with beloved home-grown brand, Common Grounds. The pop-up will be available for two months from August 18th to October 18th. The residency unlocks a like-minded celebration of community-driven ethos, bringing together both home-grown brands and introducing a signature approach to fresh, flavourful dining, nourishing both body and mind.

The partnership brings SIRO’s nutritional pillar to life, uniting wholesome nutrition with social connection. Common Grounds and SIRO’s expert nutritionists collaborated to create a curated menu featuring a lineup of specialty coffee, protein-charged smoothies and energizing bites to fuel recovery, boost performance and keep nutrition on track.

“SIRO’S Refuel Bar is designed to be at the heart of the hotel and is a social hub. We are proud to add to the offering and bring a community favourite, Common Grounds, on board for this,” said Michael Borges, General Manager at SIRO One Za’abeel. “By blending our performance-led approach with their expertise in wholesome, flavour-packed cuisine, we are creating a dining experience that is both nourishing and memorable.”

The wide menu spans energizing breakfast favourites like Overnight Oats with poached plums and Blueberry Balance Cups with blue spirulina, savoury cups such as Chicken Harissa with freekeh tajine or Egg and Hummus with grilled halloumi, as well as flatbread sandwiches, premium wheat wraps, hand rolls, tossed salads, fresh salads and fruit cups. For liquid power, smoothie lovers can choose from low-calorie blends such as Noosa Heads with strawberries, blueberries, and coconut water, and revitalizing smoothies like Bondi Beach with açai, banana and house-made almond milk. Every dish is calorie and macro-counted, making it easier for guests to stay on track with their health goals.

The drinks selection is equally extensive and a true highlight of the collaboration, led by Common Grounds’ specialty coffee, where all beans are roasted in-house to deliver a consistently high-quality, organic brew. This includes rich flat whites and velvety cappuccinos, as well as refreshing iced Spanish lattes. Guests can also enjoy protein shakes such as the Double Bay with Greek yoghurt, cinnamon and vanilla whey protein or the Green Machine with kale, pineapple and coconut milk, as well as Soul Fuel shots, electrolyte waters, house-made infused waters, sodas, juices, iced teas and a wide range of premium teas.

The pop-up takes centre stage at Refuel Bar, the hotel’s dedicated nutrition hub, giving guests a taste of holistic wellbeing. This exclusive collaboration reinforces the hotel’s reputation as Dubai’s premier destination for high-performance training, recovery, and mindful nutrition.
