Tiffany & Co. Celebrates Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) National Day with Limited-release Elsa Peretti® Open Heart Design
Tiffany & Co. will offer Elsa Peretti’s iconic Open Heart pendant in 18k yellow gold with emeralds exclusively at its stores in KSA to celebrate the 91st National Day. The limited-release collection of 91 pendants with emeralds—each engraved with a unique edition number (1 through 91) – launched on September 3, 2021.
Peretti once said of the design, “To translate ideas is magic. It takes so long to make a curve, to make sure the curve is done well.”
Among Elsa Peretti’s earliest creations for Tiffany & Co., having debuted in 1974, Open Heart remains one of her most beloved designs today. Peretti was inspired by sculptor Henry Moore, whose work is often characterised by abstract figures with open spaces. The designer worked for months alongside gifted artisans to finesse its simple yet evocative shape. When hung on a chain, Open Heart designs move gracefully and hypnotically.
The limited-release collection will be available only at Tiffany & Co. stores KSA.
