Vacheron Constantin introduces two new Métiers d’Art The Legend of the Chinese Zodiac – Year of the Horse timepieces, each limited to 25 pieces in 18K pink gold or 950 platinum.
The new creations continue the Maison’s tribute to Chinese culture, following a 12-year cycle of watches inspired by the zodiac. The horse, a symbol of vitality, loyalty, and good fortune, takes center stage in this latest release.
Powered by the self-winding Calibre 2460 G4, the hands-free display allows an open canvas for artistic expression. The dial unites engraving, miniature painting, and grand feu enameling — depicting a sculpted horse leaping over a rock against a delicately painted enamel background. Each dial requires over two weeks of meticulous craftsmanship, reflecting Vacheron Constantin’s
mastery of artistic savoir-faire.
