The brand’s latest location will open its doors from November 2022 until March 2023 and will feature the signature sushi counter, robata grill, lounge and bar, in addition to a stunning terrace and private dining room, overlooking the Qatari Sea.

Guests will be able to enjoy the full selection of Zuma’s award-winning, world-class signature dishes, Spicy Beef Tenderloin with Sesame; Black Cod marinated in Miso; and Grilled Seabass with Chilli and Ginger, accompanied by an innovative range of drinks designed perfectly to complement the award-winning cuisine. Al Maha Island will be a hub of activity during this time and the culinary scene will be unrivalled, and we are very proud to be a part of the euphoria.”

“We look forward to welcoming Qatari residents and tourists from across the globe to experience Zuma and enjoy a dynamic dining experience throughout the winter season,” added Becker.

Zuma was first established in London in 2002 by Rainer Becker, who fell in love with Japan after spending 6 years working there as Executive Chef of Park Hyatt.
