On Tuesday, 23 September from 7 PM to 11 PM, GABA welcomes Alex Kratena, one of the world’s most influential bartenders and co-founder of Tayēr + Elementary, London, currently ranked No. 4 in The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024.

In partnership with Campari and Negroni Week, this one-night-only event will showcase Kratena’s creativity and craftsmanship through an exclusive cocktail menu. Guests can expect an unforgettable evening of bold flavors, innovation, and energy that reflects why Tayēr + Elementary is considered one of the world’s leading bars.

For this takeover, Alex Kratena has crafted a menu that reimagines classics with daring twists. Highlights include the Casablanca, a blend of Appleton Estate 12yo with mango distillate and plum Oloroso, and Tuberose Candy, where Skyy Citrus Vodka meets Bulldog Gin, Campari Bitter, elderflower, and tuberose.

The Passion Tabac layers Skyy Passionfruit Vodka with Ancho Reyes, Campari Bitter, and Palo Santo, while the Oolong Leather combines Glen Grant 12yo with Campari Bitter, Amontillado Sherry, and oolong tea for a smoky, complex profile. Guests can also enjoy Pardon My French, a sparkling mix of Skyy Citrus, orange marmalade toast, Campari, and French bubbles, the fiery Green Hot Chilly Peppers with Espolón Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Verde, and fresh green chili, and a decadent finale in the form of the Nutella Negroni, a playful yet indulgent twist on the beloved classic.
