Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Doha to mark Qatar National Sports Day




As part of its celebrations for Qatar National Sports Day, Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, will organize a series of fitness activities at its premises for everyone to enjoy starting February 9th and until February 12th. 


Dedicated to the entire family with some sessions specifically thought for ladies, the activities include spinning, stretching, foam rolling, outdoor walk, Vinyasa Yoga, Muay Thai, High Intensity Interval Training, and Dynamic Pilates. Especially on 11th, a full day of sports awaits from 7am to 8pm. On the same day, the special attractions for kids will include Sports Door Hanger Creation, Archery Tournament, Foosball Tourney, Anatomy Lab Session, Sports Carnival, Teams Logo Trivia, and Movie Time. National Sports Day celebrations at Al Messila will be also complemented by Falconry races in the resort gardens and street food displays for adults and kids to savour.





Fast gaining a reputation as a fitness and wellness destination, initiatives like the National Sports Day fit perfectly into Al Messila's scheme of things.


Furthermore, as part of its Qatar National Sports Day celebrations, Al Messila Resort & Spa is promoting a month full of well-being weekends and fitness activities, that include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Oasis Running group classes, which will be open to everyone and is led by certified trainers. While the Oasis Running classes will take place from 8am – 9am every day; the Yoga, Pilates and Zumba sessions will be held Thursday to Saturday, from 4pm – 5pm.
