EXCITING NEW CULINARY TALENTS JOINTHE INTERNATIONAL TEAM AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, DOHA

Reinforcing the hotel as an international dining destination, Italian-born Giuseppe Sparagna takes on the role of Head Chef at STK Doha, whilst Lambert Chiang brings his extensive experience in Asian-fusion cuisine to the position of Head Chef at B-Lounge.


Supporting The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s focus on homemade dishes, both Giuseppe and Lambert share a passion for high quality ingredients and inventive artistry. Adding valuable insight to the multicultural team, their presence will ensure the restaurants continue to deliver on their promise to craft distinct taste experiences, inspiring long-lasting memories for guests from all over the world.





A contemporary reframing of the traditional steakhouse concept, STK Doha is a cornerstone in Qatar’s imaginative array of dining options. Offering an inspired menu of choice meats and rare cuts, including Japanese Wagyu, USDA prime fillet and Australian Tomahawk, the selection is complemented by meat-free and plant-based dishes, alongside fresh seafood and indulgent desserts.


With a career that spans working in Europe and the Middle East, Giuseppe is well positioned to front the restaurant’s creative vision. Serving premium sushi, sashimi, and ceviche, as well as fresh fish and meats cooked on a robata charcoal grill, this is where marina views and chilled-out beats create a sensory backdrop.


Hailing from a family of restauranteurs, Lambert cultivated a keen interest in the gastronomic arts, leading him to move to Dubai in 2015. Lambert said, “B-Lounge is Doha’s most unique lifestyle concept and I’m thrilled to add my creative touch to the menu and overall experience.”
