Reinforcing the hotel as an international dining destination, Italian-born Giuseppe Sparagna takes on the role of Head Chef at STK Doha, whilst Lambert Chiang brings his extensive experience in Asian-fusion cuisine to the position of Head Chef at B-Lounge. Supporting The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s focus on homemade dishes, both Giuseppe
