The LavAzza Golf Open teed off the start of the golf season at Education City Golf Club on 13th September. The tournament was the first event in a monthly series that will conclude after 8 tournaments finishing in April 2020.
The tournament took place over the 18 Hole Championship course at Education City Golf Club. A hospitable welcome at the start of the morning with professional barista serving up fresh morning coffee and snacks by Il Café de Roma. The cozy and relaxing café by Lavazza provided the players with the best Italian tradition and quintessential experience found in its outlets at City Centre, Lagoona mall, Tawar mall, Hotel park and soon to be in prestigious Sidra hospital.

Winning the tournament by 6 points was Gerard McLaughlin taking home his very own personal LavAzza Coffee machine. Falling short in second place was Andrew Ikstrums closing out the day with 32 points.
The notable winner of the day taking 3rd position and the prestige of the LavAzza Lady Golfer was Patricia Yurkiw with 32 points.
