MANDARIN ORIENTAL, DOHA LAUNCHES NEW MENU AT AMBAR FOR STLYISH LOUNGE SOCIALISING

Mandarin Oriental, Doha invites guests to Ambar to unwind and discover the new menu of innovative cocktails and timeless classics, a premium selection of beverages and delicious sharing dishes.

Inspired by the desert landscape and the amber glow of the setting sun, Ambar offers a sophisticated ambience. Guests can enjoy the finest beverages creatively curated by expert mixologists with seasonal flavours like fresh lychee, refreshing rosemary aromatics, fragrant rose water and more.

Beverages can be accompanied by delicious sharing dishes such as Lobster Croquettes with citrus mayo and nori gomasio, Guacamole with fried corn nachos, fresh jalapenos and criolla sauce, Kebab Roll with homemade grilled lamb kofta, shredded cabbage roasted tomato, bell pepper, garlic and onion sauce.
