The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is excited to announce the re-opening of STK restaurant, scheduled to greet guests again on the 20th of November 2020.
STK, perched on the 23rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton Doha, is a modern steakhouse that aptly distinguishes itself by emphasizing that they are “not your daddy’s steakhouse.” What does this mean? STK Doha is a chic, unique and more vibrant iteration of a steakhouse experience.
The restaurant breaks away from convention by providing a glamorous culinary destination that boasts mouthwatering dishes, with high quality ingredients and a creative twist. STK classics are ample on the menu, including the bite sized Lil’ Brg’s made with Wagyu beef, the Tuna Tartare with soy-honey emulsion; and let’s not forget the USDA steaks, the Japanese Wagyu ‘Omi’ beef, the vast array of toppings and the unique selection of house-made sauces. Friday Brunch and Saturday Roast packages are also making a comeback. However, foodies can be rest assured, there will be some exciting new dishes to try. Dare to be tempted by new dishes, such as the grilled octopus salad, the slow-cooked black Cod and the jalapeno pickled shrimp.
Guests can come to STK and enjoy these culinary creations in a modern setting, artfully blended with lively music and a high-energy atmosphere that exudes an air of luxury, yet still remaining down to earth.
