Berluti presents the Jour Softy line

For Summer 2022, Berluti expends its leather goods collection with the addition of a brand-new line

Named Jour Softy, Berluti’s new line offers a selection of bags conceived for everyday life in the city, with a casual attitude and a versatile design that takes each piece from day to night.

A specific focus on resistance and durability is underscored by the use of Venezia Gloria leather, a solid yet particularly supple leather with a subtly grained surface and a lived-in look. Topped off with a Nero Grigio patina and tone-on-tone laser-engraved Scritto, the Jour Softy bags are perfect for after-work activities, from evening outings to weekend trips.

Understated shapes of rounded soft curves highlight the comfort and wearability of each bag and allow for bigger, more functional openings; while hidden details - natural cotton and linen linings, leather-enclosed magnet closures, discreet metallic finishing and two classic studs around the Berluti logo - are a nod to the Maison’s bottier craftsmanship.

Four different bags are available: Late Hour Shopper, an ample bag with a double flap opening, features an adjustable and removable leather shoulder strap and can be worn on the shoulder or cross body for a striking look. Late Hour Pouch is a lightweight clutch with a removable leather hand strap, that can be folded for a comfortable carry. Late Hour Backpack’s clean lines and practical details include a laptop compartment, a double flat pocket and a side zipped pocket that also allows immediate access. Finally, Late Hour Briefcase is the ultimate adventurous, luxurious piece to carry documents, complete with a zipped opening, a removable leather shoulder strap and a trolley loop at the back.
