Cheval Blanc Courchevel opens its doors on December 16th of 2020, for a warm winter season at the heart of the Jardin Alpin. This year, the mountain air takes the place of honour with the opening of the new terrace concept in front of the pistes : La Terrasse of Cheval Blanc Courchevel.
Imagined around the comforting heat of braseros, it lets the cold of the snow-covered pistes behind, to enjoy a relaxing and gourmand moment in the generous volumes of the sofas and chairs.
The menu, by Yannick Alléno, highlights the wood fire cooking and the sharing meals, in a gourmand and pleasant spirit while the open kitchen spreads the scent of the embers.
And the magic of an acoustic guitar and a sensitive and joyful voice, come to emphasise this authentic and warm atmosphere to discover between friends at the foot of the pistes.
La Terrasse of Cheval Blanc Courchevel promises a new gastronomic experience, in a sophisticated setting, with the particular caring of the Majordomes of the Maison, for the mountain lovers.
